We want BACK : Vartmaan Cartoon Serial ?

1 se kaam chalta h, or 2 ki jaroorat rahti h,
3 se mann khus hota h, aur 4 mile to kya kahne...!

Main lobh hu....main lobh hu...!

There was Sankat, Purush, Dharaya, Irshaya and some other interesting Characters in that serial. I was so fond of that cartoon serial. It was aired on Doordarshan News channel at 2:45 PM, could anybody tell me that where is it?

  • There was the stories about greedy, hate, etc..
  • There was message for children in each and every episode.
  • I've been searching on Youtube but there is nothing about Vartmaan, If you know something about this please write here in comment option.
  • I'm searching those clips for my nephew, she is 5 years old and growing very fast. I want to gift all the clips to her. Please help me if you know something about those magical clips.

    Vartman is the only cartoon that give moral boost to childerns mind.The character of Purush means oneself defeating all sankat means obstacles in their path.
    Character like Aalas(Leziness),Irsha,Anger,Lobh (selfishness),adchane (barricade, Obstacles) indicate human enemies in our life.Sankat (created as a OX) always said to purush after defeated by him that" Mai vapas aayunga,Purush - I will come back soon again,Purush).
    Today's cartoons are simply having aim of making money. They are totally full of imaginary character which has no
    reality in world.
    Thank You DD-I for giving such cartoon to our generation. I hope you will re telecast for today's childrens.

    AFWAHEIN were used occasionally against purush by sankat, this is what i remember. Before reading this i thought that i was the only admirer of this great cartoon. IF sb remembers sth plz write it here. Hope some day it will be back on any channel.

    Really was great cartoon for the 90's kids, like me.
    I also remember one song.
    Main sahas hoon, main sahas sahas sahas main sahas hoon.
    Doesn't remember more lines.

    Doordarshan will not take action if we are 100 or 200 peoples want "Vartmaan" back. We need to create a community of thousands of peoples and then it can be possible.

    kuch nahi mila dosto. Mar gya dhoond dhoond k. DD walo'n ko mail bhi ki, facebook par bhi message kiya par koi faida nahi.
    Anyway ek aur character tha sankat ki taraf se -- uska khabri kaloota (kaua, a crow).
